D6 - Hwy 57 in Mantorville: 2024 construction Hwy 57 Mantorville construction progress continues despite rain Utilize detour if your destination is not Mantorville Rainy weather has slowed construction work, but crews continue to make progress and are working toward paving in the near future. The sanitary sewer and sewer are completed along the road and crews are now preparing the road bed as they move closer to the start of paving.  You'll see sidewalk paving soon, as well. Please continue to stay behind the barricades and do not drive into work zones. Please keep our workers and other safe. Bridge is open to traffic for Mantorville The Main Street bridge coming into Mantorville on the south side is open. This is for traffic whose destination is Mantorville -- either businesses or residences. Use the detour to bypass town and continue on your trip on Hwy 57. Encourage others to sign up for email updates Weekly meeting The project contractor, Elcor Construction, will be meeting in-person weekly with community members. You are invited to come and ask questions about the project.
