KAAL is report the merger of Home Town Hauler and Waste Management. Their Report can be found on their website. While this seems like an Anti-Trust violation the State of Minnesota has some "sweat heart" statutes that allow garbage haulers protections form anti-competitive business sanctions.
The City will look at adding in protections for customers into our licensing process and forms to ensure Mantorville residents are getting the service levels they need.
